Description

Versatile outdoor suspension lamp Bremen: all-purpose outdoor pendant light made of copper or aluminium with flat reflector. This fixture is available with clear or satin cylindrical glass or glass globe.

Bolich Leuchten: Tradition and progress – these characteristics shape the family-run company Bolichwerke from Baden-Wurttemberg since its foundation in 1911. Today this manufactory, named after its founder Eugen Bolich, still produces both high-quality and functional industrial fixtures, outdoor lamps and lighting for living spaces in classic design. All Bolich fixtures have a powder-coat finish. This high-quality baking varnish is by far more robust, durable and environmentally friendly than most conventional varnishes.

Material: powder-coated aluminium with white reflector finished in jet black, pure white or any other RAL color. Also in raw aluminium or aluminium with matt or high-gloss finish and raw, unvarnished, matt or high-gloss copper. The raw copper model adopts a nice copper patina after some time. Picture 4 shows a special model with copper shade and white cap (available on request).

The Aged Copper finish may vary and cannot be controlled by the manufacturer. Surface nuances between dark brown, copper red, copper brown, copper blue, and verdigris are unavoidable and bring out the unique character of these handmade lightings. Moreover, using copper outside it always takes on a natural patina - depending on the location - a darker patina or verdigris.

For the copper models the cast aluminium suspensions and the aluminium cable box are finished in black. The canopy is - according to the finish of the reflector - made of raw, matt or high-gloss copper resp. patinated (aged) copper and the chain is copper-plated (and possibly also patinated).

Due to the better rain protection, we recommend the cast aluminium suspensions or the aluminium cable box for Bolich outdoor lights.

All mounting types include a hemispherical metal canopy (Ø 80 mm) in the according color/finish of order. Cables, chains and steel ropes are delievered with a length of 150 cm by default.
