Welcome to Terra Lumi and Casa Lumi. As a family-run company based in Augsburg, we specialize in high-quality lighting made in Europe. Since 2008, we have been discovering and presenting exceptional interior and exterior lighting from small, often long-established manufacturers. Our business and family roots lie in the lighting store Lampen Suntinger, which was known for decades far beyond Augsburg for its quality and expertise.

4,000 lights from small European workshops

Our collection is one of the largest curated ranges of exterior lighting in Europe – carefully selected and thoughtfully assembled. Our assortment includes around 4,000 outdoor luminaires from selected manufacturers in Germany, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Benelux countries. Many of these companies are family-run and have been operating for over 150 years. Often known only within their regions, they nonetheless stand for outstanding craftsmanship and authentic production.

We have been working in close and trusted cooperation with many of our manufacturers since 2008. We place great importance on continuity rather than short-lived trends. Our aim is to offer lighting that continues to bring joy for many years to come. Therefore, wherever possible, we ensure that spare parts and accessories remain available over time.

Our approach to product presentation: substance over styling

We also go a step further in the presentation of our assortment. A large proportion of the product photographs shown are taken in-house and present the luminaires as realistically and accurately as possible. In addition, we write our product descriptions with great care and based on first-hand experience. This provides not only technical specifications, but also well-founded information to help you choose the right outdoor lighting.

For us, this is the most honest and credible form of communication, which is why we deliberately largely refrain from traditional marketing and instead focus on quality, continuity and customer satisfaction.

Our partner manufacturers, in turn, focus their energy on the development and production of high-quality luminaires – not on extensive promotion. As a result, you will not find generic mass-market products or globally ubiquitous design brands, but distinctive luminaires with a strong identity.

First and foremost: we ship worldwide and have extensive experience in customs clearance and international shipping procedures. Many of our handcrafted luminaires are not delivered in standardized packaging. Therefore, our experienced logistics team ensures that each shipment is individually and carefully packed.

Based on many years of experience in shipping sensitive lighting products, we work exclusively with logistics partners whose reliability we trust. Where parcel size allows, we primarily ship with DHL to ensure safe and smooth delivery.
