Original Country-House Outdoor Sconce Bingen RO 130
by Bolich - Außenleuchten

Item No. TL3943.1   EBO# Bingen RO 130

Description

Original country-house outdoor sconce Bingen RO 130: this classic German copper wall light is available in six sizes and with single-tube (picture 1 and 4), double-tube (picture 2) or curved bracket (picture 3).

Bolich Leuchten: Tradition and progress – these characteristics shape the family-run company Bolichwerke from Baden-Wurttemberg since its foundation in 1911. Today this manufactory, named after its founder Eugen Bolich, still produces both high-quality and functional industrial fixtures, outdoor lamps and lighting for living spaces in classic design. All Bolich fixtures have a powder-coat finish. This high-quality baking varnish is by far more robust, durable and environmentally friendly than most conventional varnishes.

Material: powder-coated, stainless aluminium with white reflector finished in jet black, pure white or any other RAL color. Also in raw (unvarnished) aluminium or aluminium with matt or high-gloss finish resp. raw copper or copper with matt or high-gloss finish.

The Aged Copper finish may vary and cannot be controlled by the manufacturer. Surface nuances between dark brown, copper red, copper brown, copper blue, and verdigris are unavoidable and bring out the unique character of these handmade lightings. Moreover, using copper outside it always takes on a natural patina - depending on the location - a darker patina or verdigris.

For the copper models, the double-tube bracket (wall mount: Height 175 mm x Width 50 mm x Depth 40 mm) is made of aluminium and varnished in jet black. Other colors available on request.

Power: E27 ceramic socket up to 100 Watt

Degree of Protection (according to Ingress Protection Rating): IP 20, only for rain-protected areas (but approved for outdoor use as "classic lighting")

Diameter of reflector (the models with glass are only available with 350-mm reflector or larger):

  • Ø 160 mm
  • Ø 200 mm
  • Ø 250 mm
  • Ø 300 mm
  • Ø 350 mm
  • Ø 400 mm

Length of bracket (without reflector):

  • 300 mm
  • 350 mm
  • 400 mm
  • 450 mm
  • 500 mm
  • 600 mm
  • 700 mm

In addition we offer this light with a curved 220 mm bracket on request (picture 3). We recommend the 250 mm or 300 mm reflector (as displayed in article picture) for this bracket.

In principle, all brackets and shades can be combined. In order to receive a coherent appearance, we recommend that the bracket should at least have the same size as the reflector.

Includes waved nostalgic rosette (picture 5, Ø 110 mm, Depth 33 mm) with three brass screw nuts and hidden wall plate for an easy and appealing wall mounting.

For this model, we also offer a corner mounting module made of black-varnished aluminium for house corners (not required for standard wall mounting, only available for single tube brackets). The module for copper models is also offered in black.

Notice: Since this item will be custom-made upon your order, please understand that the stated delivery/production times are ineluctable.

About the manufacturer

Please note: In the case of Bolich models in raw copper and patinated copper, the natural copper may be washed out, especially on the weather side, which can possibly leave traces on white walls.
