Dear Swiss customers, we gladly and often deliver to Switzerland.
Everything is easy for you:
Orders Exempt from VAT
As a customer from a non-EU country, you can shop with us without paying VAT. The prices quoted in the online shop initially include German VAT (19 %). However, after entering your billing and delivery address, the net prices will be shown.
Customs Duties, Fees and Taxes
When shipping to Switzerland, the Swiss import turnover tax (value added tax) as well as the customs clearance and import fee will be charged. For goods from non-EU countries (Davey Lighting and Original BTC from Great Britain) additional customs costs apply. This is conveniently handled by our shipper, DHL. In the case of forwarding deliveries, the freight forwarder handles the transaction.
Shipping to an Address within Germany
We also ship to German delivery addresses. In this case, the German VAT will be charged. To receive VAT reimbursement, please send us the export certificate stamped by customs office witih three months after the receipt of your delivery. After receiving this form, we will transfer the German VAT amount to your account.

For commercial customers who export our goods themselves, we require a customs declaration with MRN and an export notice from customs for the VAT refund.
