Description

This Wilhelminian Style pedestal light is a square outdoor lamp made of solid, corrosion-resistant cast aluminum with lantern attachments in four sizes using the same small and plain base.

Material: lantern and pedestal made of solid, corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium

Glass: clear glass, satin glass, Old German glass or yellow glass (panel glass)

Wiring: E27 ceramic lampholders; normal bulb up to 60 Watt, energy saving bulbs or LED bulbs

Degree of Protection (according to Ingress Protection Rating): IP 23, protected against rain

Certified according to EU PN-EN 60598-1: 2007 and PN-IEC 598-2-1+A1: 1994

Our Original Silesian Lanterns differ in many respects from counterfeit products. They are all manufactured with high-grade, solid die-cast aluminium. The special anti-corrosion sealing and the semi gloss powder-coating protect these products from oxidation for many years. The multifaceted offer vary from historical Schinkel-lanterns to Art déco-lighting and classic lanterns with copper roof. Additionally, the range of products comprises historical aluminium brackets in various traditional designs and sizes.

About the manufacturer

Our Schlesischen Laternen (Silesian Lanterns) and outdoor lights are fabricated by a small manufactory in southern Poland. They are crafted in solid cast aluminum (gravity or injection die-cast) and stand out due to their richness of forms. All Silesian lanterns are offered in jet black RAL 9005 semi-gloss by default, but can also be ordered in any other RAL color with an additional surcharge. The glasses of the lights are usually clear, but the manufacturer is also flexible in this respect and offers satin and old-German glasses as well as glasses with an amber color or bark structure.
