Description
The historic pathway light in the traditional Lower Rhine style is made from solid, corrosion-resistant cast aluminium and copper. The lantern is fitted with clear glass.
The classic cylindrical glass lantern is mounted on a historic post and is ideal for stylishly illuminating garden paths, driveways and entrance areas. A durable powder coating reliably protects the surface against the elements.
The light body and base are made from cast aluminium, while the lantern roof is crafted from solid copper. The copper roof is not lacquered with a clear protective coating and will naturally develop a distinctive copper patina over time.
Two brass struts connect the base of the lantern to the roof. They remain unpainted in all versions and finishes and gradually develop an attractive, dark brass patina.
This model is also available as a wall light, freestanding light or pendant light.

About the manufacturer
Our classic and historic Schlesischen Laternen (Silesian Lanterns) are manufactured in a small outdoor lighting workshop in southern Poland. Crafted from solid cast aluminium using both injection moulding and gravity casting processes, these luminaires impress with their robust material quality, durable construction, and wide variety of designs.
All lanterns are available in standard finishes such as deep black, iron mica, or antique-style colours, and can also be produced in almost any RAL colour on request. The glass panels of the cast lanterns are available in clear, frosted, or traditional German antique glass, with amber glass and bark-textured glass also offered.
