Description
The tall garden luminaire with shade, cylindrical glass or opal glass globe, and a slender mast is a popular classic of country house-style lighting. Its understated, harmonious design language combines traditional decorative elements with a functional lighting performance and integrates naturally into gardens, pathways, and representative outdoor landscapes.
The simple single-bulb luminaire with a domed aluminium or copper shade and a gracefully curved swan-neck arm from the Ebolicht collection impresses with its timeless design and robust construction. The elegantly shaped arm gives the fixture a soft, classic silhouette, while the formed shade ensures a directed yet pleasantly balanced light distribution.
Depending on the version, the luminaire is available with cylindrical glass or an opal glass globe, producing different lighting effects—from clear and functional to softly diffused and atmospheric. The luminaire is designed for light sources up to 100 watts (equivalent to the former standard incandescent bulb) and is therefore ideally suited for effective illumination of gardens and outdoor areas in the country house style.
Material of reflector:
- powder-coated, stainless aluminium finished in jet black, pure white or any other RAL color or
- raw (unvarnished), matt or high-gloss varnished aluminium or
- raw (unvarnished), matt or high-gloss varnished copper with copper-plated cast aluminium cap. The raw copper model takes on a beautiful patina after some time.
- As a special Ebolicht edition we offer all Bolich copper lights also in patinated copper (here an example of this finish).
Material of post:
- steel tube with solid iron base, primed and varnished in jet black, pure white or any other RAL color. The post for copper models is finished in jet black by default.
Glass: opal glass globe (pictures 1 and 2) resp. clear or satin cylinder glass (pictures 3 and 4)
Degree of Protection (according to Ingress Protection Rating): IP 54, protected against rain and splashing water from all directions

Named after the company's founder, Eugen Bolich, the traditional Ebolicht collection comprises historic factory lights, country house luminaires, and outdoor lighting in a timeless Bauhaus-inspired design. Handcrafted from aluminium, copper, and genuine glass, these luminaires are distinguished by their clean lines, robust construction, and uncompromising focus on durability. Many models are also available in custom RAL colours to meet individual project requirements.
Whether for residential or commercial applications, we have worked closely with Bolich on numerous projects involving bespoke luminaires and tailored lighting solutions. We also feature a selection of fixtures that were developed as special editions or created to our own specifications. These include patinated copper luminaires and Bolich wall lights with a nostalgic corrugated wall plate.
Please note: In the case of Bolich models in raw copper and patinated copper, the natural copper may be washed out, especially on the weather side, which can possibly leave traces on white walls.
