Description
Like a fine wine, the natural unfinished version of this light matures beautifully over the years: The classic wall light made from solid brass with an elegant curved wall arm is available with either a polished or unfinished surface. The polished version retains its shine, while the natural unfinished surface is designed to develop a patina over time.
The barn light can be specified with a choice of clear or opal cylindrical glass or a clear or opal glass globe. Fitted with a high-quality E27 ceramic lampholder, it is ideal for façades, entranceways, and courtyards.
The rolled edge of the brass shade is formed using a metalworking technique that gives the shade exceptional strength and durability.
The wall plate (backplate), with three mounting holes, is made from robust cast aluminium, providing significantly greater stability than pressed aluminium alternatives. Its generously sized opening allows for the convenient connection of both the wall wiring and the luminaire cable.
The lamp is available in either raw or polished brass. Polished brass is protected from patination with clear lacquer varnish. The raw version quickly takes on a natural patina.
