Description
Select outdoor lighting models from Davey Lighting are now available in verdigris for the first time.
Inspired by the natural verdigris patina, the finish combines vibrant turquoise hues with earthy bronze tones. It lends the timeless design a subtle color, depth, and character—familiar from historic sculptures and architecture such as the Statue of Liberty.
The luminaire bodies are cast from untreated bronze, giving each piece a unique texture.
The characteristic green-blue surface develops during a 24-hour special bath. Through precise manual control, the patina remains even while retaining its vibrant, unique texture.
Verdigris provides a vibrant yet understated contrast to materials such as stone, wood, stucco, or brick
On garden walls or paths, the tones harmonize perfectly with foliage and weathered stone. The effect is softer than black and significantly more vibrant than classic finishes.
As the bronze continues to react to its surroundings over the years, the surface changes subtly. It gains depth and authenticity.
The light requires a 12-volt power supply. A transformer is not included.
