Description
The imposing Victorian-style wall lantern is made from cast iron and galvanized steel. Its substantial size makes it particularly suitable for large buildings, parks, and public spaces.
Cast-iron wall lanterns in the style of the Victorian era continue to shape the character of many historic town centres in Great Britain, Ireland, other countries bordering the North Sea, and the Commonwealth.
Their classic design has remained virtually unchanged for almost 150 years: the substantial wall arm, featuring an ornamental bracket, supports a four-sided lantern topped by a flat pyramidal roof. The roof is adorned with a cup-shaped base, decorative finial, and stylized palmettes.
The light is finished in classic black (RAL 9005) and fitted with clear glass. Other colours from the RAL colour range are also available on request. Please contact us for further information.
