In the traditional Bolich workshops in Baden, this classic sign luminaire is still manufactured today according to original historical designs, preserving the characteristic visual language of early industrial and factory lighting design.
The visible charm of this early industrial style goes far beyond mere nostalgia: behind the deliberately reduced and functional design lies careful engineering consideration and precise lighting calculations, ensuring a targeted yet evenly distributed light output from the exterior fixture.
The combination of longstanding craft tradition and technical refinement results in a luminaire that is both aesthetically compelling and functionally sophisticated. It is particularly well suited for use as sign or façade lighting, where clear light direction and reliable illumination are essential, without overpowering the architectural character of the building.
This classic outdoor sconce is available in copper, or in aluminium with various finishes, and takes up to 100 watt.
Material: Raw copper or copper with matt or high-gloss finish. The raw copper fixture takes on a beautiful patina after some time. As a special Ebolicht edition we offer all Bolich copper lights also in patinated (aged) copper (here an example of this finish).

For the copper models, the double-tube bracket of models 2 and 3 (wall mount: Height 175 mm x Width 50 mm x Depth 40 mm) is made of aluminium and varnished in jet black. Other colors available on request.

Handcrafted from aluminium, copper, and genuine glass, these luminaires are distinguished by their clean lines, robust construction, and uncompromising focus on durability. Many models are also available in custom RAL colours to meet individual project requirements.

Please note: In the case of Bolich models in raw copper and patinated copper, the natural copper may be washed out, especially on the weather side, which can possibly leave traces on white walls.
