Antique Finishes Imitate Patina
As an alternative to patinated models, lights finished in antique paint are also available. Unlike plain, single-tone paints, antique finishes are made up of several layered or blended coats of colour that create a shimmering, iridescent effect – similar to an aged metal surface that has developed different traces of weathering over the years. These blended finishes are applied to the lights by hand by our manufacturers, lovingly recreating the character of traditional craftsmanship.
